Maven jar with dependencies: how to run?

Good evening.
I work in idea.
Created a jar with dependencies. I'm running through the console. Spring is freaking out and throwing a bean missing error.
At the same time, everything starts in idea. Intrigued, I climb into the terminal of the idea (to see how it calls the jar). I see an overdose of commands, and their names clearly hint that my dependencies are involved in the matter.
Now the question is: how to make the jar run with one click, with everything you need and without .bat (or who knows what manifest.mf is and how it works (articles))?
