Matte protective film for laptop. Is it worth it?

There is a laptop with a glossy screen. Reflections interfere. Does it make sense to glue a matte protective film? Has anyone tried it? Which is better to use?

matte screen is better. does not glare, I changed the gloss to matte everywhere, and the phone and tablet and laptop.
