Material Design video tutorials?

I want to use Vuetify, but I don't have any knowledge of Material Design, which prevents me from creating the right template for myself.
Can you tell me how to use it step by step?

Bootstrap is another matter - everything is simple and clear there. However, Vuetify is needed, but I did not find normal documentation.
