Mastering Angular 4+ - how long can it take if you are already familiar with React and VueJS?

I'm getting started with Angular. After React and Vue, a lot of things feel very familiar and so far the development is fast.
The management asks to estimate the term for development.
What topics will be fundamentally new and may take a long time?
(For example, Rx for state management instead of Redux - it seems to me)
If you devote 2-3 hours on weekdays and 8 hours on weekends - how long should you focus on?
I understand this is very subjective, but we need a starting point. Other people's experience in this matter is very important.

According to your schedule - 2 weeks until a basic tolerable understanding, when you can already take on the project.
According to the official documentation. Tutorial Tour of Heroes, and the next two sections.
