Master in Information Security in Moscow, what do you recommend?

I left the second tower from software engineering in Bauman, 3 more years, after that I need a master's degree and I decided not to wait. I really need advice about a good master's degree. there is a good ITMO university in St. Petersburg, there is a whole faculty with heaps of departments in information security. what's in Moscow? I messed around, there is a VMK of Moscow State University (12 paid places, I think this is anrial), the same Baumanka.

See people on VK, linkedin. You can write to a couple of top engineers from Kaspersky or Parallels. They will be sent to a specific department in a specific university. You need to aim not at the magistracy, but at what will happen after it.

If the places are paid, then they will always be found, do not hesitate.
In general, do better in Moscow. Otherwise, an equal diploma will be better quoted (although in recent years employers have paid less and less attention to this fact).
The crisis remains to be seen how long it will last. If tangible impoverishment occurs throughout the country, then in Moscow this will happen last.
