Hello. I decided to order the development of a marketplace, like etsy or g2a. So, I am offered a lot of development options in various programming languages with the addition of various database languages, etc. Can you tell me what kits are better to use for the development of this project? I have already been offered
ROR+Backbone.js,
Python+Fleksy+PostgreSQL+Angula.js

MODx, Zend,
What do you think is better? and why? maybe there are other options? Or are these perfectly acceptable?

who will develop? Are you looking for a team or are you going to learn the language yourself?

Fleksy only in that company is superfluous, probably Flask was meant
