Market choice - 1C-Bitrix or CS-Cart?

I am tormented by questions about what is more suitable for a market with a large volume (about 3 million products), I weigh the pros and cons of both systems and so far I cannot come to an outweighed decision.
External advantages
of Cs-Cart are convenience both in the store interface and in the admin panel, convenient work with products, modules. Bitrix
- huge functionality, modules for everything you can imagine, convenient and pleasant
And immediately the first disadvantages
of Cs-Cart - working with the design is difficult, category administration is lame, there are a lot of add-ons for the CIS
design
At the same time, with the load, both disputes still have one - out of the box CS-Cart wins over Bitrix:

But it’s worth putting modules related to speed on Bitrix and it overtakes ... until you put the same thing on CS-Cart, and the dispute continues
. Bitrix has more examples of high-loaded projects, but CS-Cart on a good server does not lag behind

But I wouldn't choose either one or the other.
