Map based on OpenStreetMap: how to get to the API?

Good afternoon!
There is a map built on the basis of OSM: coinmap.org .
Attempts to use the API as specified in the help result in a 404 Not Found.
Question: how do you use the API? Or, in extreme cases, is it possible to upload this map to an .osm file?
Thank you all for your attention.

wget -O output.osm --post-file=query.osm "http://overpass-api.de/api/interpreter
where query.osm
contains:
It is likely that this is already clear and well known to everyone - but let the task be simplified for slow-packers like me :)
