Geo-map editor with the ability to draw custom polygons and get their coordinates?

We need a geo-map editor with the following functionality:
1) The ability to draw custom polygons and lines
2) The ability to pull out the geo-coordinates of the drawn objects
3) The ability to save the polygons I added for easy resumption of work
I would be satisfied with editors from Yandex https://yandex.ru/map -constructor/location-tool/ and https://yandex.ru/map-constructor/ , but the first one does not allow saving, and the second one does not allow to pull out the coordinates of my polygons.
