Many similar products - noindex on all but one, from which there are links to "other options". Is it logical?

Good afternoon!
The input data is a store on woocommerce, a lot of identical products differing only in color and material. Interested in promotion in Yandex.
In Yandex webmaster, it shows leapfrog - removes / adds pages to the search because it considers them duplicates.
I want to put noindex on all products of one group (name) through all in one seo, but not on the most popular one, but from it there are already links to similar ones. From the point of view of other pages not participating in the search, it suits me.
But how logical is this from the point of view of promotion in the issuance of Yandex?

It seems to me that it is best to combine these products, and make the color and material a parameter that can be selected when ordering.
