Jumps in positions in Yandex, why such a large spread?

Good afternoon. I need your help or advice.
I promote the site, write the text, sometimes I buy a small amount of links with a very high trust, in topics close to me.
Not long ago, about three weeks ago, I moved the site from a subdomain to the main domain, through a 301 redirect and a redirect to Yandex webmaster. (At the same time, I redirected the bots, and still left access to users, with the goal of closing it in the future, as soon as the main domain appears in the search, and not the subdomain).
In recent days, I have been observing very strong jumps in positions, and in fact this one is very upsetting. Because of such a spread, I am very worried, and I can’t find a place for myself, I don’t know what to do and what to refer to, to move, or maybe some kind of sanctions?

Yandex webmaster receives letters saying:
Old page code: 200 (OK)
New page code: 301 (Moved Permanently)

At the same time, the positions of the old domain, as you can see in the screenshot above, disappear, and the main domain does not appear.
I think what else can be done? Maybe add a canonical on all pages?
Now I have robots open on my subdomain, but I give search robots 301 to the main domain.
If it is worth waiting, how long can it last, at least? It is simply impossible to see such a picture of positions, longing, sadness, sadness ...

If you have done all the technical settings correctly (both sites are open for indexing, redirects are configured, you have changed the settings in Webmaster, checked the 301 settings for external links, etc.), then you should not worry about an incorrect move.
Judging by the screenshot, the site moved at the end of April.
The duration of the move depends on:

  • Yandex indexing speed of your site and
  • the number of pages on the site.

Therefore, not all pages of the site of the main domain can immediately get into the issue. This may take 1-2-3 months (the reasons indicated above). So, I repeat, if everything is done correctly, just wait.
