Many pages of the same type or one with a GET variable in terms of SEO?

Good afternoon.
I have options:
1). Create a bunch of similar pages with a unique title.
2). One page to which (using GET) we pass the variable.
The question is:
Is there a difference between the promotion of pages in search engines:
site/ product/unique_page_name.php
and
site/product/general_page_name.php?id=2
All pages will be promoted and each of them is important, but with different keywords naturally.
PS I hope I explained everything correctly.

There are special technologies for one-page sites, for example, hashbang.
Ultimately, they turn a one-pager into a multi-pager.

If this is not a technical page (like a category filter, etc.), but, for example, a product card, then it is preferable to use a unique name, i.e. 1 option.
