Many categories in Wordpress, long loading time?

Good afternoon!
There are 32 thousand categories in the wordpress admin panel.
The wp-admin/edit-tags.php?taxonomy=category
page and the page for adding entries take an awfully long time to load.
I heard that you can somehow use Ajax or some kind of admin panel themes.
Who faced such a problem, please share how you solved this problem?
