Manuals for installing and configuring Intel EFI Driver Kit under Visual Studio 2019?

Hello.
I want to start writing drivers for EFI, I previously wrote under BIOS on FASM.
I need to write a driver that will customize the boot of the operating system for myself.
I could not find manuals for installing EFI, and when I personally climbed it, it caused difficulties. I could only find a manual on Habré, but there was an installation only for 2015 VS, and I have VS 2019, however, all other manuals were outdated. Can someone briefly explain himself, so that I can decide for myself how and what to do, or give some relevant manuals? Thanks in advance for your reply.
