Manual for working with preprocessors in Webstorm?

I'm a beginner front-end developer, I decided to switch to Webstorm, because firstly, it was strongly recommended to me, and secondly, I got a free license for a year)
But Webstorm turned out to be too tricky to understand it like that, right off the bat.
And now, I have a question, how to properly configure Webstorm to work with preprocessors? Since I heard that it supports Gulp and Webpack builders.

Maybe someone has preserved links to manuals on how to properly configure Webstorm?
