Manage network profiles in Windows 10. Are there any tools?

Windows is a black forest for me, and therefore I don’t know where to look for it in it, maybe there is some third-party tool.
I want a simple one: when connected via Wi-Fi to network A, receive both IP, gate and DNS via DHCP, when connected to network B, receive only IP and gate via DHCP, and have DNS registered by me, when connected to network C, have a set of pre-set IPs without default gw and a prescribed static route to one or two specific servers. Ideally, when connecting to some networks, it would be possible to automatically launch the application responsible for my VPN, but I will survive if it doesn’t.
Is there anything for a similar wishlist? Or maybe it's generally somehow steered by regular means, just hidden?
