MAMP does not start, how to install on a new laptop?

Downloaded on a new laptop with Windows 11 MAMP, not Apache, not MYSQL are not launched, therefore, the START button is not pressed. 1000 and 1 ways I tried to fix it, it doesn’t help, videos on YouTube didn’t help either, it seems to me that I’m missing some simple problem that they don’t even talk about on the forums, because of its simplicity, I haven’t worked with MAMP before , maybe I'm wrong, but I'm thinking about a new laptop and its antivirus program, although I turned it off. Help! 3 evenings already spent on this!

Always put single products. You know what the problem is with them.
If you really need MAMP, look at the system and application logs. Well, the mump itself, not from a shortcut, but from the console, at least until you catch the problem.
