Malicious or unwanted software. Why?

Good day. Tell me, who faced the problem of blocking ads due to the reason "Malware or unwanted software"? I read that everyone solves the problem individually, and sometimes this is a mistake of Google or technical support. Below is the address of the site and what was done:
Domain:
viavimed.ru
Tech support listed a number of links that Google considers undesirable. These are links to images, styles, scripts, in general, all internal links. For example, this harmless picture for the menu is dangerous:
https://viavimed.ru/images/menu.png
Things are as follows:
- the domain is new, registered in August, there were no domain owners before us, we are the first;
The site is about a month old. Placed initially on VDS with its own ip-address. IP was never seen in black lists, the site did not move on other hostings;
- everything is ok in google search console, no problems were found;
- checked the site with all kinds of scanners and antiviruses, even with the means of Google itself - everything is OK;
- from external scripts\code only: google\yandex metrics, yandex.maps, google recaptcha;
- I thought it swears at bundles of styles / scripts, I connected them with separate files - there is no effect;
- about images. Someone said that Google doesn't like the compression algorithm. Compressed by various online editors, also photoshop. Still swears;
- before each letter to technical support, they checked the Google cache so that there was up-to-date info on the site;
- technical support each time has a standard answer with the same list of links.
Tell us what we are doing wrong, and how you solved this problem. Thank you.
