Make DRF and VueJS friends on a local machine?

In general, the question is: how to make them human friends.
Option 1: do 2 completely separate projects, install CORS django and enjoy;
Option 2: build Vue and give it back to jang (a la any url, except for those that pull the API, Vue files will be given)
Option 3 doesn’t seem to come up with
