Я пишу своего бота-ассистента на питоне. И его код, в ообщем-то, это сервер (то бишь? кроме использования на самом ПК, я могу подключиться к этому боту с помощью моего мобильного клиента). Всё уже работает неплохо. Я спокойно подключаюсь, шлю ему команды и т.д. Но всё это работает только когда основной код (сам бот) запущен. То есть, мне надо постоянно держать ПК включенным?
Я нашел решение - дедик (deidcated server). Но я ограничен в средствах очень сильно (0 рублей).
И тут я вспомнил, что у меня остался старый системный блок. Он вроде рабочий но диагноз - сгорела видеокарта. Возможно и нет.

Can I make my own Dedik out of this system unit? I myself think that it is possible, but here's another problem - there is no extra monitor. Therefore, it must work separately, and you can connect to it either via ssh or via TeamViewer. Is it possible to do this without a video card or buy a new one?

Why grandfather? vps/vds is enough.
You can connect via SSH without a video card. Through the teamviewer - nafig is not needed, on the server you do not need a gui.
