Good afternoon!
To set up mailings through mailing services, you need corporate mail with your domain. It is not necessary to set up mail on your own mail service, you can set up corporate mail on professional mail servers, the simplest and free options are Mile ru for business and Yandex Connect.

Having your own mail server has its pros and cons. For example, if a company sends a huge amount of secret information, files, its own server will be safer, especially with regard to internal correspondence. Another plus is that you can exchange letters within the company without an Internet connection in case of network outages. But in order to administer your mail server, you will need a separate employee, and this is an additional cost. Plus, you need to constantly monitor that letters do not fall into spam, and IP addresses are blacklisted by mail clients.
As a result, if the company is small or medium (up to 100 mailboxes), it is more expedient to use Gmail and Mail ru servers for email correspondence.
