Mail ru put our entire mail domain in the spam list, what should I do?

For recipients to mail ru from our domain, mail arrives and is immediately identified as spam. On Yandex mailboxes, for example, there are no problems. We are not on the blacklists on 2ip.ru. The hoster says that he does not watch spam from us. I guess we have some kind of spam filter set a low reputation rating. Where can I go to have it removed?
