Constant copying of letters to the local server?

We transfer mail from a local server to the cloud, it is necessary to implement copying of each letter to a local server. What technologies should be used, and in general where would you advise to look? I would like to hear opinions from those who met with a similar experience.

Well, everything seems to be simple.
Take your cloud, get IMAP access there.
Take your local server, set up IMAP there (if not already)
Then take imapsync, and simply read the manual for it, transfer mail easily and naturally. You can use a list, you can use one box at a time, you can wrap everything in a script and do checks. Most importantly, it is a working tool and will easily complete your task.
Letters initial will not get to anywhere, and even after "transfer" of mailboxes.

In the cloud, set up forwarding copies of incoming and outgoing emails to a third-party mail server. The setting depends on which mail servers you are using.
