Mail.app and working with a large number of folders via IMAP?

There is a mail in which >100 IMAP folders of which the client sees only 89.
How to force to see the rest?
There are not so many settings in the client to play with them (I even tried entering the IMAP prefix), all folders are available on the mail server side. other clients including Mail on iPhone see everything.
