Magic RAM problem and eternal blue screen?

Hardware:
Intel® Core™ i5-650 processor
Its memory specifications:
Max. memory capacity (depending on memory type) 16.38 GB
Memory types DDR3 1066/1333
Max. number of memory channels 2
Max. memory bandwidth 21 GB/s
Physical address extensions 36-bit
motherboard gigabyte GA-P55-USB3
Its memory specifications:
4 x DDR3 DIMM sockets for 1.5V RAM modules up to 16 GB
Dual-channel operation of
DDR3 2200/1333/ RAM modules 1066/800 MHz
Compatible with non-ECC RAM modules
XMP memory profile support (Extreme Memory Profile)
The problem is the following, I had two memory sticks, one 4 the other 2 GB, and everything worked fine with them and works in the future. I decided to replace it with 2 AMD Radeon R5 Entertainment Series [R5S316G1601U2K] 16 GB sticks, 8 GB each. I made the frequencies at which my processor was supposed to work, but when I started the Win 10 system or when I tried to reinstall it from a flash drive, blue screens appeared. In the bios, it was defined normally. With one of the two dies, the computer went into eternal reboot from the bios screen. Changing connectors, combinations between old and new dies did not lead to anything (still the same result) During the memtest, it hung while everything was fine on the old one, it would seem that this is the problem - broken memory, but no, I bought another Kingston HyperX FURY White Series [HX318C10FWK2/8] 8 GB 2 sticks of 4 GB and got exactly the same problem.

@Hexsvon

I found the reason - processor memory controllers based on the Clarkdale architecture (Celeron, Pentium, Core i3, Core i5 up to Core i5-680 inclusive), including Core i3-530, do not support 8 GB modules and current 4 GB modules with one-sided packaging ( 8 chips) as for the modules from the HX318C10FWK2/8 kit, 4 GB modules with double-sided packaging (16 chips) are required, such modules are discontinued.
