Magic mouse 2 cursor stopped moving - how to revive?

There was a problem with magic mouse 2. The cursor stopped moving on the table. Normally moves only on the knee. Tried it on different surfaces to no avail. Everything worked without problems before. I cleaned everything, blew it, nothing helps.
I reconnected, loaded the computer, turned off the bluetooth on all devices.
