Tell me there is a site with version magento 1.9.2.4 we want to update to version 2 but the new template will be . What difficulties will be in the transfer and is it possible to do so?

You can't convert the template just like that - you have to do everything from scratch (take the ready-made layout and transfer it in parts to the xml structure and, accordingly, phtml). There is another option (if you know M2, then I think it will be even easier) - immediately take a standard template or a suitable one in structure and change everything "to live": phtml + css (less).
