Remove the caption under the front-end'er name. It doesn't correspond to the truth, because you asked a question that any front-end developer knows.
See what is being used by gulp, grunt, webpack, codekit etc...
There must be a file at the root of the project.
Find the desired config file, understand what to use.
See if there is an .idea folder, perhaps the compilation was configured using the IDE
You can also see the magento config, maybe a builder is used in it.
