MacOS + RDP Client how to make layout without problems?

Hello, the question is, I want to use my macbook as a thin client, but there are such problems.
The Russian-PC layout is configured on the macbook, which means that Yo will be in the upper left corner, but when I connect to windows 10 via RDP, I print / instead of Yo. Something with the layouts should be shamanistic?
And the second question is switching the layout with the usual WIN + SPACE, and not alt + shift, because locally I switch on WIN + space on both Mac and Windows, but here this combination is blocked via RDP.
