MacOS - incomprehensible processes. Got a virus?

faced such a problem: firefox constantly reloads tabs, and even at startup it starts pulling tabs that were not yet active. If you continue to open tabs, it can burn out memory and a rainbow circle appears. while everything slows down. no add-ons, standard plugins (flash included, the rest on request).
sh and several sleeps hang in processes. here is the output of ps aux
