What do you do when you receive letters with malicious code from the servers of "mail giants" (mail.ru. gmail.com ...)?

Is your confidence in letters from the servers of "mail giants" in terms of the absence of viruses - higher or the same as from other servers?
Where do you go and do you go if you receive emails with malicious code?
Not infrequently, letters are received from the servers of "email giants" with obviously malicious content, which at the time of receipt is not recognized even by virustotal. Email sources - both randomly generated / registered by bots, and hacked, from real people with whom there was a correspondence earlier.

Servers then where? In 99% of cases, people are hacked by social engineering, and this can happen on any mail server.
For such cases, there is a "spam" button in the interfaces of gmail, Yandex, and mail.ru. If enough people mark the email in this way, then their algorithm will learn to recognize them in advance.
If you meet something absolutely terrible, then of course, do not be lazy and write to them.
