MacBook Pro or Microsoft Surface Book: Which Should You Choose?

Greetings!
Friends, help me deal with such a "difficult" task :) I'm doing web development, stack: PHP, JS, MySQL, I recently started learning AI + Python for these purposes. Such programs are launched daily: PhpStorm, Chrome + various instant messengers and less often Photoshop, Adobe XD, FTP client.
Now I'm working on a Lenovo IdeaPad Z500 laptop: Intel Core i5 2.6 GHz, RAM 8 G, Nvidia video card (I don't remember the exact model) 2 G, SSD 128 + HDD 1 Ter.. An external LG monitor is connected daily, this one is https: //www.lg.com/uk/monitors/lg-29UC88-B
Actually, the problem now is that the laptop is very hot, noisy, the RAM is constantly 40-80% loaded, the processor is up to 80-100%. The system starts to hang, everything can hang stupidly and you need to reboot :( When I worked without an external monitor, this didn’t happen, everything worked well.
I want to buy a new laptop, but I didn’t want to buy it on Windows anymore, but I saw Microsoft Surface Book, a very cool thing based on from the reviews. Now, I can’t choose a MacBook Pro or Microsoft Surface Book. Whoever works in this field, help me choose
:) machines work well.
UPDATE: MacBook is like this - https://rozetka.com.ua/apple_mptt2/p34900751/
Thank you!

Take a poppy and you will be happy:
1) Maintainability. In the event of a Mac breakdown, you can take it to the SC and most likely your computer will be repaired, while you cannot repair the Surface Book anywhere - goodbye money and hardware. (My Xiaomi mi notebook air is broken and they can't fix it, and it's not even as exotic as Surface)
2. Warranty. Even Apple has a marriage and such equipment is changed under warranty, as far as I know Surface Book is not officially sold in the CIS countries, which means there is no guarantee in case of a factory defect.
3. Nativity. If necessary, the most popular operating systems will be available to you, natively: Windows, Mac OS, GNU Linux. In the case of Surface, there will definitely not be Mac OS.
4. Support. Apple has been releasing updates for its technology for a long time and does not charge a cent for it, my 2012 MacBook Pro is still updated and works flawlessly, and 6 years have passed.
5. Convenience. Many of my friends web developers have switched to Mac and, as I understand it, they are not going to leave, I don’t know what the reason is, but the fact remains.
When the Surface Book starts to be sold officially, many problems will pass and it will be possible to buy this piece of iron and not worry about reliability, but now buying this miracle can go sideways. :)

You probably know that there is a virtual computer on Windows on the poppy, and if this made you doubt, then doubts should pass. I would take a poppy. Yes, and off-line microsoft is not sold like.

With Linux, not everything is simple with a Microsoft laptop:

In general, take it depending on the OS. I would not take a macbook for this reason, I do not like the operating system. I love Windows, but for work I use Linux.
