Macbook Pro kernel panic. Is there a memory dump or how to understand what the problem is?

Hello. Over the course of several months, my Macbook Pro 13 mid-2012 began to reboot all of a sudden for no reason.
During this time, there was a period when applications crashed hard and could not be restarted and after a while panic.
Now often noticed this happens when switching to another program. There is a suspicion that something is wrong with the system, but there is no desire to install from scratch because of a bunch of software. Yosemite has been around since the beta version, now it's release 10.10.3.
It doesn't happen very often, maybe once every couple of days.
I don’t see anything sensible in the log, only memory addresses.
How to understand the problem? Loading into verbose fashion and trying to figure out what's causing the panic? Or is there an option to understand something from the logs?
Memory checked, no errors. Today I installed a new 8 GB bar. And here again, the crash just happened.
