MacBook Pro 15'' battery life or choose a laptop?!?

Hello habra community!
I have been looking for a suitable machine for work for quite a long time.
I am studying to be a programmer and I would like to find myself a more or less optimal working laptop, which would be comfortable to spend a lot of time on and which would live more or less stably for the next couple of years.
My last 2 laptops began to periodically "crumble" after not even a year, being by no means cheap. And although the guarantee was valid, an unpleasant aftertaste remained, moreover, the matter was never limited to one breakdown.
In general, I took a closer look at the new MacBook Pro 15 '' in the standard configuration. However, there are rumors that the Mac battery loses half its capacity after a few months, which is rather inconvenient, given the fact that you cannot replace it yourself with a new or more capacious one. Plus, they say that his keyboard is not the most pleasant. Of course, I tried to type a short text in the store, but this is quite far from the test in real conditions.
Are there worthy alternatives from competitors in the same price range and with similar characteristics, but devoid of the flaws described above? Or is it all the machinations of "apple-haters"? I would like to hear the opinion of experienced people who faced the same dilemma and made their choice.

Why Mac? I would take a closer look at Lenovo's Thinkpads. There you can use the constructor on the site (it is only on the American version of the site, though) to assemble a configuration that will work 22 hours without recharging, despite the fact that the processor will be Core i5, and the diagonal is 14-15 inches. Together with shipping from the states, it is still cheaper than the Mac Pro will be released.

Keyboard: On the
contrary, I like the short stroke and square buttons of the same size. If you watch a DVD - about 5 hours If you use Flash video - 3-4 hours If you start running a lot of applications - 3 hours Toys strictly 2-2.5 hours Battery fully charged in 1.5 hours 70% ~ 30 minutes in 70 cycles battery status ~90%

I have a macbook (MacBook2,1) ... it is already 4 years old.
Here is the battery status
bit.ly/i5SjTE The
battery has not been changed, so far it has been working without a network for more than two hours with Wi-Fi, Skype, safari, console, and a couple of other applications turned on.
in the first days of operation, the battery lasted for 4 hours.
Of course, in modern beeches they could screw up something, but they might not.
But as an extra. information - my screenshot, my old man.

Claves actually kill sometimes. Especially if it does not print with 10 fingers.
