1. Find the boot CD that came with your Mac.
2. Contact the service, they won’t take a lot of money from you
3. If you have a friend with a poppy, then create a bootable CD on it and install the OS from it
4. Find an ISO with MacOS on torrents, burn it to disk and boot from it.

. It was necessary to cut locally not through a router, or connect to another network
