MacBook headphone jack not working?

On MBP(mid '10) the 3.5 jack suddenly stopped working. So that I don’t stick it there (headphones, headphones with a microphone, speakers), almost one noise goes to the device. It feels like the bass turns into noise, and everything else is just cut off. If you run any track, the noise will be in rhythm with the bass from the track.
Sometimes if you turn it on to the full, the noise disappears and everything starts to play as it should. Over the Midi Display Port, the sound is always transmitted normally. Tried different settings in Audio MIDI Setup, nothing changes. What am I doing wrong?
UPD.
Now only that played normally, touched the volume and again the noise. The second time, as soon as it started playing, something low-frequency so everything was in noise again.

As one of the options, the common wire in the headphone jack has gone.

OS what? If X - make a new user and from under it check the health of the desired port.

A very similar story with the MacBook Pro 13 2015 (MF 840) After 3 years of homework - movies, the Internet, toys are not heavy (as a hospital is connected to an external monitor and through 3.5mm to active speakers 2: 1) after that I brought the poppy out of sleep I realized that something is wrong with the speakers (old jbl creature) - the left channel does not work and sometimes makes noise in time with the bass of the right one (in short, it's unpleasant to listen at all ... I tried it on 2 headphones - everything is the same! Only repair? Help!
