Macbook for a beginner front-end developer?

Hello. I want to take a macbook air 8gb/128ssd
to work as a front-end developer
with vscode, photoshop/sketch/webpack,
will it all work fine on this device?

If you listen to my advice, you will be grateful for the rest of your life!
Never buy Air to work with code. The screen of this line of MacBooks is simply terrible, TN transfers colors terribly and presses on the eyes, when working with text you get tired after a couple of hours ... Only MacBook PRO!

1. With a minimum level of comfort. To be better, you need more RAM.
   
2. And yes - for the front, a laptop with a small screen is not comme il faut.
