MacBook denied warranty. How to completely fix?

Advise how to be - I bought a macbook 12, after half a year the battery swelled at night. Because of this, the case was warped and the screen cracked. The SC is ready to change the lower part of the laptop, but the screen, he says, will not be changed, because they themselves are to blame and the battery has nothing to do with it. Bloating happened at night with the lid closed and I 100% could not break it myself. What do you advise to do? As I understand it, an examination needs to be done, but such an examination is not done in authorized apple SCs, only all sorts of independent expert laboratories. and they are not authorized to parse these devices. In general, ah nid help!

I came across the fact that the SCs refused to make repairs, unfortunately Apple cannot directly influence such SCs, they advised me to bring it to the official service in the chat, they fixed it without any problems. There are services that, for a moderate fee, take beeches to Europe to the epl store, rent them for repairs and bring them back.
As an option, try another SC and that's it, it still depends on the person. Surely they would have done it under a guarantee, and the money taken from you - in your pocket ...

On this basis, go to the store where you bought this MacBook, write a claim with the following conditions:
1. Claim in 2 copies, one for you, the second for the store. The authorized employee of the store must register the claim and put the number, stamp, date and signature on your copy of the claim.
2. We read the warranty, if the repair period is not indicated there (or 45 days or less), then in the claim: in connection with the operation of the MacBook (device type, number, date of purchase, etc.) strictly in accordance with the warranty agreement and the identified shortcomings, I ask: on the basis of paragraph 1 of Article 20 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" to eliminate defects (repair) MacBook (type of device, number, date of purchase, etc.) within no more than 7 days from the date of signing this agreement.
3. We read the warranty, if the repair period is more than 45 days, then in the claim: in connection with the operation of the MacBook (device type, number, date of purchase, etc.) strictly in accordance with the warranty agreement, I ask: on the basis of paragraph 1 of article 20 of the law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights" to eliminate defects (repair) MacBook (device type, number, date of purchase, etc.) immediately, that is, within the minimum period objectively necessary to eliminate them, taking into account the commonly used method.
On the basis of paragraph 1 of Article 20 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the specified period of warranty repair is contrary to law and cannot exceed forty-five days.
4. In a claim: on the basis of paragraph 2 of Article 20 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights" for the period of repair of your MacBook, issue a similar ("replacement") MacBook (having the same basic consumer properties), or a MacBook model and performance characteristics higher than yours (I think you won't mind).
UPD:
0.1. on the basis of point 2, we walk for a week and return for our MacBook.
0.2. on the basis of point 3, we wait for a call from the store (up to 45 days) and return for our MacBook.
0.3. on the basis of paragraphs 1 and 2, if the store did not make repairs within the specified period, then we write a new claim for a refund, we receive tickets from the Bank of Russia and take a new apple ... =)
0.4. If authorized stores begin to bark, then it is advisable to turn on the video recording and record all negotiations. When videotaped, the level of rabies in the blood drops dramatically. If they begin to prohibit you from making video recordings in a store, we say the following: this is a public place, and you (to the authorized person) are not a person, but an official.

the court doesn't care if Apple is authorized or not. it would be essential
for Apple in a non-judicial manner.

I would advise you to contact one of the Apple service centers. This is not the first time I have contacted https://apple-service.pro/ They always quickly find out the cause of the breakdown and carry out prompt repairs.
