MacBook and Parallels with Windows. Resource intensive?

Hello,
I have a question. If you plan to regularly use Windows on your MacBook through Parallels, do you need to buy a Macbook more powerful than it would be planned without it?
Otherwise wording. Does this eat up Macbook resources a lot if Windows is regularly launched through Parallels and there is a regular switching between systems? Of course, it is obvious that a minimum of 16GB is needed for two such cases. And what about the processor? How high is the load on him in this case?
I hope I have made the point of the question clear. If so, I can explain.
Thanks in advance.

Hmm, you approached the question in the wrong way.
Parallels creates a virtual machine, you can adjust the resources that it can consume for the virtual machine (number of processor cores, RAM, video, SSD/HDD). And if I'm not mistaken, then the load is somehow distributed and it takes not whole cores, but streams (since on my i7 I can select from 1 to 8, although I have 4 cores and 8 threads). By the way, the system works so that it does not immediately select the allocated resources, this is the maximum that Parallels allows, but if there are no such needs, then there will be no load.
It all depends on your tasks. Imagine that you allocate 2GB of RAM and 1 core, Windows will spin like on some ancient netbook. I personally have enough 4ram / 2 cores and 24GB SSD, video 64 - for Windows to fly to test sites (I open 4-5 browsers). There is no switching between systems as such, you have Windows running inside MacOS as a separate program. Also, for some tasks, there is a simplified system where applications from under Windows open in MacOS as programs, without virtualizing Windows itself.

bootcamp seems to be still working (two systems on one computer)
there are decent resources, I have one sidekick like *** sitting in Windows through this parallels, while not launching anything but mail and browser), so his macbook was constantly buzzing like a vacuum cleaner (show CPU heating)
