Macbook Air and Android development?

Hello!
I would like to know from experienced people what difficulties the combination "Macbook Air" + development for Android is fraught with. They say there are problems with connecting mobile devices with android on board to Mac. But, again, I would like to hear the opinion of people who have used this configuration.
Why exactly Macbook:
firstly, I didn’t find anything better in my feelings (there is a working Sony Vaio - a plastic Chinese toy in my opinion);
secondly, just to broaden my horizons, so to speak, I would like to have an idea about Mac OS, and not just Win / Lin.
