MacBook Air 2018, will it survive WebStorm + Docker + Dev Server + Photoshop + 10 Chrome tabs?

Hello. I want to buy a new air, but I'm afraid that it will have enough power for my work tasks.
Now on the firmware in 2012, everything works good, only the video card can not stand it, it's weak.
I don’t consider new firmware, I don’t like them.
If you have this laptop and a similar workflow, then I would be very glad to know how the laptop copes and does it make sense to take a 16gb bundle?

photoshop and 10 chrome tabs + something else. You need a macbook pro from 2018, so that there are 4 cores, 2 and 16 operatives are a dubious combination. pro monitor is better if you need photoshop, air has 300 nits brightness, pro 500+, and performance. I have a pro 2018 256 8 operative, I like it, in your price category. about all benchmarks ahead. Safari is optimized for Mac, Chrome is slower and harder to work on.

There is no point in arguing, everything directly depends on the specific tabs in Chrome, the size of open files in Photoshop and the complexity of projects in WebStorm.
I myself work on the proshka of the 13th year. I didn’t understand what the video card could not handle in this workflow.
