Just like uvelichitel it is, but in the settings of Safari plug-ins there is a checkmark - ask for permission to launch for each page. For me it's the perfect solution.

I have it (it asks to be updated all the way), but it is practically not used. Most of the resources I'm interested in have been dumped in HTML5 for a long time, but I still block banners as best I can. Safari should be set to ask permission to use FlashPlugin on a per-instance basis.
It's time to eradicate the flash from the Internet. There is HTML5 and SVG. Flash is a slow relic of the past, and a proprietary one at that.
Along with it, do not forget to install the adblock plugin and launch the flash on demand, otherwise on some pages the browser goes nuts from this happiness and thinks very much.
