Mac OS X 10.7 - Why aren't new apps being added to Launchpad?

Good day!
I just discovered that when installing new applications, they do not appear in Launchpad. They definitely showed up before. But I probably haven’t installed anything for a month, so I can’t say how long ago this glitch appeared.
Googling didn't work. Although I may have googled it wrong, all I found was how to remove the application from Launchpad.
Maybe someone faced such a problem, tell me how you solved it? Thank you!

sudo rm ~/Library/Application\ Support/Dock/*.db
and then:
sudo killall Dock
After these actions, the order of the icons and folders may fall off.
