Mac OS + npm i not using package.json?

I installed Mac OS, cloned the project, ran npm i, and saw where it all came from and why it was installed? Yesterday on windows everything was fine, those packages were installed that were needed, and not so much.

npm -v what version? Third. It works like this now, dependencies are not installed every time for each package, but once. It looks exactly like this.
