Mac Mini - strange harsh noise?

Hello.
For no reason, for a couple of seconds, a very sharp sound, noise turns on in the headphones / speakers. Even when the volume is at zero.
This is the fifth time in a day, what could be?

Maybe some kind of interference? like in columns because of the phone, if the mobile phone is close)

Are the headphones connected directly to the computer?
Is the [computer amplifier] cable shielded?

I have a similar situation ... With this sharp sound, the computer still hangs hard. Mac-mini 2011 Late
I suspect a hard drive. Now he works in tandem with ssd like Fusion Drive. I'm thinking of changing the screw.
