Hello. I'm a businessman. Not a developer. There is minimal knowledge of 1C-Bitrix administration. There is a site on this platform controlika.ru. The site has just begun to fill with goods. There are many product categories. Everything is stored in one infoblock. Now 4 categories have been filled in and there are already about 200 properties, and there are still a dozen "heavy" categories ahead, each of which assumes 30+ properties per category. Actually a question: How to store properties? In one infoblock or in separate ones, for each category? From the point of view of convenience, it’s convenient for me to keep everything in one infoblock, I don’t experience any problems, but how does this affect the speed of the site, smart filter, etc. Are there any restrictions on the maximum number of properties in one infoblock. What rake is ahead of me?

Store in one infoblock. 1000 properties is not much at all, you have even fewer of them.
