Lost terminal in PhpShtorm

The terminal is no longer displayed in the corresponding tab. Now there is an empty gray background instead of the terminal. And the feature is convenient, I really want to return it. I got into the settings - the path to cmd.exe is not registered there - I registered it. Did not help. Demolished nafig Storm and put a new one. When I deleted it, I checked the box to demolish everything local. Installed the new version - it is the same. And the usual command line works fine. Where to dig next? Maybe in Storm where is the error log? Or who faced and knows the decision? I'm on Windows XP.

When reinstalling the folder with the project in AppData\jetbrainsPhpStorm\ was definitely deleted?
Are there any suspicious entries in .WebIde70\system\log\idea.log?
SSH Remote Run plugin and Vagrant (if virtual machine) enabled?

This is where I got a notification. that the current that already two subscribed to the question, and I already forgot that I asked here.
The problem was solved by reinstalling gitbash. In principle, if you run conemu before Storm is also a problem with the terminal. But the error is different and problems appear not only with the terminal. In other matters, I already deleted conemu.
