Reset the IP address and DNS servers for all network interfaces. Enter ncpa.cpl in the command line, a window with your network interfaces will appear. We right-click on the first of them -> Properties, select the line "IP version 4 ...", click "Properties", select "Obtain an IP address automatically" and "Obtain DNS server address automatically". And so for each network interface.
I also advise you to remove all third-party antiviruses and firewalls, restart the router.
