Lost connection while downloading a file?

Hello. The file is uploaded to the server every other time through a php script. When 40 MB is loaded normally, when 2 MB cannot be loaded. Moreover, the same files are sometimes loaded, and sometimes they are not. An ERR_CONNECTION_RESET connection is broken. I increased the limits in php.ini for such parameters as max_execution_time, max_input_time, upload_max_filesize, post_max_size, restarted Apache, nothing helped. There are no errors in the Apache logs for this topic.

@ThunderCat

It is logical to test the work
1) from different machines
2) on different servers
. glitch floating most likely the problem is somewhere in between, the connection to the server is crooked, or the server has crooked settings, and it is quite possible in a place not directly connected to the web server / php. Well, or the local machine is buggy.
