Lost all files from root account?

I entered the wrong root password on kali linux several times, eventually remembered the correct one, logged in as root. But there are no files or anything in this account. As if the account is not this at all ...

and look at the profiles, maybe there the normal account went into a temporary one and when I went under the root it created a new one and this one I made .old or .temp
